Assembly Steps for Industrial Control Computers at a Suzhou Sheet Metal Fabrication Plant

Based on current market customer demand, industrial PCs can be categorized as either pre-assembled or custom-assembled. So, how do you assemble an industrial PC chassis?
The performance of the original industrial PC is comparable to that of a custom-built industrial PC; however, the former is more expensive, resulting in an overall superior system.
We’ve purchased some hardware components for industrial PCs; in fact, they can also be used to assemble industrial control computers. So how do we build an industrial computer ourselves?
The main steps at a Suzhou sheet metal fabrication plant are as follows:
1. First, obtain the industrial computer chassis, then install the industrial computer power supply:
When installing the industrial computer power supply, ensure proper placement: the fan should be oriented toward the motherboard side.
2. Install the motherboard:
The motherboard is secured to the industrial computer chassis using the small holes on the board.

3. Installation of the industrial control computer CPU at the Suzhou sheet metal fabrication plant:
Gently remove the CPU lever, place the CPU on the clamping base, and then secure the lever.
4. Install the fan on the industrial control motherboard:
Secure the fan’s four mounting feet with screws. Since the fan is designed to dissipate heat onto the motherboard, it will inevitably vibrate during operation; an insecure installation can easily lead to failure. Finally, connect the fan to the power connector on the motherboard.
5. Install the industrial PC memory stick:
Open the latch at the memory stick installation slot, insert the memory stick you’ve pre-selected, and then secure it with the QQ clip.
6. Install the hard drive:
Connect the hard drive required for the industrial PC to the SATA interface.
