1. Choose different cutting methods according to different development drawings and batches.
2. After the sheet metal shell processing and cutting is completed, different workpieces are processed according to the requirements.
3. Enter the corresponding process. When bending, first determine the tool and groove used for bending according to the proportion and thickness on the drawing. Preventing deformation caused by collision between the product and the tool is the key to the selection of the upper die, and the selection of the lower die depends on the thickness of the plate.
4. The second is to determine the order of bending. The general rule of bending is to bend inside first, outside second, small first, large second, special first, general second.

5. When riveting, the height of the stud should be considered, the same and different molds should be selected, and then the pressure of the press should be adjusted.
6. Welding: For spot welding such as argon arc welding, spot welding, carbon dioxide maintenance welding, and manual arc welding, the welding direction of the sheet metal shell should be considered first, and positioning tools should be made in mass production to ensure accurate positioning of the spot welding.
7. Surface treatment: Different plates have different surface treatment methods. Surface plating is generally carried out after cold plate processing, and no spraying treatment is performed after plating. Phosphating treatment is selected, and spraying treatment is performed after phosphating treatment. The surface of the electroplated plate should be cleaned, degreased, and then sprayed.
8. After spraying is completed, enter the installation process. During the whole process, wear gloves to prevent hand dust from adhering to the workpiece, and some workpieces should be cleaned with an air gun.
9. After assembly is completed, enter the packaging stage. After inspection, the workpiece is placed in a special packaging bag for protection.
