Sheet metal cold stamping processing material selection
03-02
Sheet metal cold stamping is a commonly used processing technology in sheet metal processing, among which cold stamping is an important process. From the selection of sheet metal materials to the later acceptance, every step of sheet metal parts processing is very important. Let's take a look at the material selection of sheet metal cold stamping.
The selection of cold stamping plates for sheet metal should strictly comply with the requirements of LPQ-B1, LPQ-B3, LPQB-00 or LPQ-B5 or the requirements of the drawings. The plates are allowed to have individual slight scratches, indentations, concave surfaces and cleaning marks, and the depth shall not exceed half of the plate thickness tolerance zone. This also depends on the quality of the surrounding plates. All cutting edges should be flush, without sharp corners, sharp edges, burrs and cracks, and the edges and corners should be smooth.

If there is no GB/505 standard deviation, use the f-505 standard deviation for inspection. If there is no GB/505 standard deviation, use the f-505 standard deviation for inspection. If there is no GB/505 standard deviation, use the f-505 standard deviation for inspection. This standard is not applicable when the stamping parts are stamping parts and cold extrusion parts. GB 1804-m is used for inspection.
Inspection standards for sheet metal parts: Check the ventilation holes, pressure relief holes, reinforcement ribs and other parts of the parts. Check the stamping quality, there should be no burrs, adhesion, falling materials, etc. If there are burrs, the mold should be repaired.
Unacceptable defects on bent parts, cracks at bending angles, obvious indentations on the surface of bent parts, obvious height inconsistency on the end faces of bent parts, and uneven appearance. For cold stamping parts with dies, when the process and quality of the first batch of processed parts are stable, there is no need to check them one by one in the future. When problems are found by naked eye or sampling inspection, they must be found. When the workpiece passes the re-inspection and the process quality is stable, mass production can be carried out. For non-forming die stamping parts, for parts with high material cost and high pre-processing cost, the quality of small batches of parts should be inspected batch by batch, and large batches of products can be inspected by counting sampling.
